H.E ‘Groupe ICHEC - ISC ST-LOUIS – ISFSC’ is the promoter and the coordinator of the project. The two schools of management sciences and the school of communication sciences offer a wide range of graduate and post-graduate teaching programs to full time and part time students. They have been involved in many international cooperation programs, especially with the support of the European Commission (ERASMUS, LEONARDO, SOCRATES, MEDIA, etc.). They develop research activities involving the use of ICT and have gained a sound expertise in the multimedia and e-Learning training areas.
In Brussels, the project has been carried out by the ‘ICEHC School of Management’. Its contribution to the project activities covers mainly the following:
- The international project management;
- User’s need analysis;
- Analysis of the music market;
- Design and modeling of the e-Business game;
- Design of the game scenario;
- Implementation of SCORM integration of the game in the Claroline LMS;
- Testing, evaluation and validation of the game;
- Dissemination of results in Belgium and other EU countries;

The Faculty of Human Sciences and Arts (www.sha.univ-metz.fr) at the university Paul Verlaine-Metz (www.univ-metz.fr) organises some educational programs concerning initial and advanced courses in the domain of script and visual communication, and in multimedia interactive communication and project management (at a Master’s level). It develops the scientific research with ICT applications (with the Center of Research on Mediations – CREM : www.crem.univ-metz.fr -, particularly concerning expertise of online and offline products and uses) and it participates in many European Programmes regarding cooperation among universities (Socrates, Leonardo, Media, Interreg), especially for the development of educational modules (in presential and electronic forms) in multimedia communication.
The University has taken part in the following tasks:
- State of the art analysis of quality assurance for e-Learning, particularly in the sense of online training process and interactions;
- Design of a methodological guide of recommendations (good practices);
- Design of the game scenario;
- Testing and evaluation of the online game;
- Dissemination of the project’s results in France.

Luc Massou is a specialist of multimedia writing and analysis (using different grids of criteria), especially concerning institutional communication, elearning and collaborative tools. He is the pedagogical responsible of a professional master’s degree program and diploma in contents and management of multimedia projects, especially in the field of Internet. He coordinates actually the scientific team Pixel in the Research Center on Mediations (CREM) , which focus on analysis of uses of information and communication technologies, especially in the educational field.

Teaching in initial formation, continuous training and distance learning, Didier Baltazart created or took part in creation and directed several diplomas related to multimedia. As a project manager in the French Ministry for National Education, Higher Education and Research, he takes part since 2003 in the definition and implementation of support procedures for educational digital ressources and, more largely, in the policies of use of information and communication technologies in the universities. Actually, he works more particularly on the creation of online channels of numerical educational resources for the higher education.

Sébastien Genvo owns a PhD in information and communication sciences from the Paul Verlaine University – Metz (France). He is a former game designer and author of several publications on digital games. His research relates to the aesthetic, cultural, economic and ideological aspects of this media. He has recently edited a book entitled "Le game design de jeux vidéos. Approches de l'expression vidéoludique", published by L'Harmattan.

The University of Athens is the largest and the oldest Greek university. The "Department of Communication and Media Studies" organizes teaching programs in the field of communication sciences. It prepares its students to enter in the audio-visual industry.and to work for newspapers. It offers graduate and post-graduate programs of studies. It is involved in several European cooperation and research projects.
Its role in the project has been mainly focused on the following points:
- Business games overview;
- Participation in the design of the online teaching scenario;
- Localization of the game application for Greece;
- Testing, evaluation and the validation of the game;
- Design, development and implementation of the project Web site;
- Overview of copy right issues;
- Design of the dissemination material;
- Dissemination and promotion of the project’s outcomes in Greece (organization of a seminar).

The "Center of Applied Industrial Design - CAID" is a training center and a centre for development of multimedia software applications. It organizes training directed towards SME and produces several CD-Roms especially for the Education sector. It has been involved in several European projects. It organizes the International Film Festival in Athens.
Its role in the project entails a participation in the following activities:
- graphic design of the game user’s interface;
- implementation, evaluation of the game;
- Dissemination of the results in Athens.

Created in 1987, the CRP Henri Tudor ( http://www.tudor.lu ) is a luxemburgish organisation whom the objectives are to encourage technological innovation in public and private sectors. The CRP proposes a set of services and activities as R&D projects, technologies transfer, studies reports, help to the start-up creation, network animation, vocational training, Ph.D. research.
Concerning the Web training game project thematic, the CRP has a strong experience in European R&D project in e-learning (Leonardo da Vinci, Media) and National R&D projects (FNR, Ministry of Research, etc.)
The CRP Henri Tudor is involved in the following activities of the project:
- Design and implementation of a quality assurance methodology for the project;
- Design methodology for the game scenario;
- Design of the role of the e-tutor within a LMS;
- SCORM integration of the game in a LMS;
- Testing of the game;
- Dissemination and promotion of the project’s results in Luxembourg.
TEAM MEMBERS
Luc Vandenabeele received his M.Sc. in Computer Science from FUNDP in 1993. He joined the Centre de Recherche Public Henri Tudor (CRP HT) the following year. He is Knowledge Manager, in charge of e-learning and collaborative platform developments at CRP HT. He has been involved in numerous European projects like European Master in Multimedia Business Project (1999-2001), RENFORT (since 2002) an “Agora virtuelle de la connaissance” (since 2005), and Leonardo projects European Master in Multimedia Training Project – online dissemination (1999-2001), NAME (Since 2001), ITEMA (2002-2004) and webtraininggame (since 2004).
Hervé RIZZI received his Master in quality and industrial management in 2004. He joined the Centre de Recherche Public Henri Tudor in May 2005 as quality engineer. His job is divided in two main parts; making internal audits in the company and working as quality advisor on two European projects (Web training game and V3).

"Karol Adamiecki University of Economics" organizes cycles of studies and training for the young people and the adults in the field of management and the economy. It took part to a European survey about the requirements in the world of SMEs for training in the field of"e-commerce". Within this framework, it was responsible for the Polish geographical area of this study.
Its role in the project covers mainly the following tasks:
- Participation in the design of the game and the structure of the software application;
- The design and development of the database architecture;
- The development of the game software;
- The development of the user interface;
- The SCORM integration of the game in Claroline LMS;
- The implementing, testing, evaluation, and validation of the software;
- The dissemination and promotion of the project’s outcomes in Poland.

- An overview of some business games used in the UK;
- A draft design of a game model and Excel based modeling of financial functions of the game.
